Meditation - not available at the moment
Join us for Meditation on Wednesday evenings 7.00 to 7.35 pm, with optional discussion afterwards till 8 pm.
Join via Zoom. The Zoom Room will be open at 6.45 pm. Wait to be admitted.
We'll do OM chanting and other yogic practices, with space and silence too.

After meditation there will be time for those who wish to stay on, to raise any points or observations for discussion with the group.

These sessions will run from the first Wednesday in November until the last Wednesday in April 2021.
