Wednesday evening class change of time - from January 7th class will be 6 - 7.30 pm
At 33 Winchester Road we offer a peaceful and supportive space away from the busy world, where you can come closer to your body’s needs, slow down and allow your own natural healing power to awaken.
Our Yoga Room is cosily carpeted and centrally heated. Bring your own mat and something warm to cover yourself during yoga nidra.
