Meditation Classes

Give yourself time and space to unwind away from daily concerns - to be in stillness and calm.

Meditation Class is on Tuesday evenings. Come at 7.20 for breathing practices and yoga nidra before the meditation begins.

Yogic meditation techniques include mantra (vibration), nada yoga (sound), trataka (effortless looking), antar mouna (inner silence) and breath awareness.
