Meditation Class is on Tuesday evenings. Come at 7.20 for breathing practices and yoga nidra before the meditation begins. |
Yogic meditation techniques include mantra (vibration), nada yoga (sound), trataka (effortless looking), antar mouna (inner silence) and breath awareness. |
