Bihar School of Yoga Worthing was established in 1986 by Swami Kriyamurti. Yoga classes are held at the Centre from Monday to Saturday.
Our Yogic Heritage
Bihar School of Yoga was founded in Bihar, India, in 1963, by Paramahansa Satyananda, a disciple of Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh.
BSY is sited on an ancient hillfort overlooking the river Ganges, and is called Ganga Darshan, Vision of the Ganges. Swami Niranjan is the spiritual head of Ganga Darshan.
Swami Satyananda passed away in December 2009.
