When we breathe heavily, the organs, tissues and cells of the body actually get less oxygen, not more - and this is what the Buteyko Breathing Method seeks to rectify.
You will be given various techniques to reduce your breathing to a normal level.
As the Method is practised, you can expect symptoms to clear and to feel different physically and mentally - a sign that your organism is restoring itself. You may find that you sleep more soundly, have more energy, are less susceptible to flu and virus, or other effects.
Each course consists of 6 weekly sessions:
